Many processes were beeing prematurely shut down before finishing execution. The logs showed the error:

There are 2 possible solutions for this:
1- login to whm–>ConfigServer Security & Firewall and edit the firewall configuration:
set PT_USERMEM to 0 or make its value higher
2- ignore the user or process inside the csf.pignore file inside: etc/csf/csf.pignore

Restart the firewall and keep an eye on the processes / firewall alerts.
