whm trojan scan results

Ran whm trojan scan and got the following ( what follows // is my comments):

Possible Trojan - /usr/bin/cpan     //could be ignored

Possible Trojan - /usr/bin/instmodsh  //could be ignored

Possible Trojan - /etc/cron.daily/logrotate  //could be ignored

Possible Trojan - /usr/sbin/antirelayd   //could be ignored

Possible Trojan - /usr/sbin/pureauth  //could be ignored

Possible Trojan - /usr/bin/prove    //could be ignored

All the above seems to be system files so no need to worry about them .
Yet, if you are very suspicious and you notice more files that you are unfamiliar
with that are registering as trojans, you could ask your server admin
to take a look at them
and let you know.
